Group TherapyYou're Not Alone
Connect with other teens who understand your journey. Learn, grow, and heal together in a supportive group environment where shared experiences create powerful change.
Why Group Therapy Works
When you're struggling with mental health challenges, it can feel incredibly isolating. Group therapy breaks through that isolation by connecting you with other teens who truly understand what you're going through.
In a group setting, you'll discover that your experiences aren't unusual, your feelings are valid, and your challenges are conquerable.
Together, you'll learn from each other's successes, support one another through difficulties, and build a network of understanding peers who become genuine allies in your healing journey.

"I thought I was the only one dealing with anxiety until I joined the group. Now I have real friends who get it, and we all help each other through tough times."

Here's What Actually Happens in Group
Nervous about joining? Totally normal. Here's the real deal about what group therapy is actually like (spoiler: it's way less scary than you think).
First Up: Solo Chat
Before you join any group, we'll meet one-on-one to see what you're looking for and which group might be your vibe. No pressure to share your life story - just making sure we find you the right fit.
Welcome to the Group
Your first group session is mainly intros and figuring out group agreements (like respecting privacy and being kind). Everyone's usually a bit nervous, so you won't be the only one feeling awkward.
The Real Work Begins
Each week brings different topics, activities, and chances to practice new skills. Some weeks you'll talk more, some less. You'll start realising other teens struggle with the same stuff you do.
Connections That Last
By the end, you'll have practical skills and probably some genuine friendships. Many group members stay in touch even after the group ends because they've found their people.
The Best Part? Everyone's in the Same Boat
No one's judging because everyone's dealing with their own stuff. It's actually pretty relieving to discover you're not the only one who feels this way.
